TONE & TIGHTEN CIRCUIT
Combines all aspects of fitness into one fun, energized class. We will start by warming up then raising the heart rate with cardio. We then keep the heart rate raised with squats, lunges, weights and the body bar. The final stretch is core and abs and end with a standing cool down. Get all your exercise in 50 minutes!
